Dried Alphonso Mango
1 ingredient · no added sugar
India's favourite mango, made honestly. Ripe Alphonso and Kesar, sun-dried until they're soft and rich, almost like toffee. Sweet only because the mango was.
What's in it: mango.
EnquireSun-drying…
Made by a small family in India
Sun-dried mango, pineapple and apricot for restaurants, bars and business. No added sugar, no chemicals to keep the colour bright. Cleanly made, in the quantities you need.
The range
It all starts as ripe fruit and stays that way. Sun-dried clean and packed fresh, in quantities that work for your kitchen, your bar, your shelf or your gift box.
We supply restaurants and bars that want real fruit for the kitchen and the bar, cafes and offices that want a clean snack to keep around, and gifting and retail that should be better than the usual box.
Just the fruit. We start with fruit that's properly ripe, sun-dry it, and pack it fresh with the date printed on every bag. That's the whole process. What makes it taste this good is the ripe fruit and the sun. What makes it different is everything we don't add.

What we leave out
That bright orange colour in most dried mango doesn't come from the fruit. It comes from a chemical called sulphur dioxide. The sweetness usually comes from added sugar. You pick it up thinking it's healthy, and the ingredients list tells a different story.
Photo coming
The bright orange you see on most shelves comes from a chemical called sulphur dioxide, not from the fruit. Ours is darker because we leave it out.
The bright orange dried fruit in shops gets its colour from sulphur dioxide. We don't use it, so ours dries to its real, deeper colour. Less perfect on a shelf. Better in your body.
The family
We're a small family, and we make everything in small batches. We eat it ourselves, every day. We follow one rule: if we wouldn't give it to our own family, it doesn't go into a pack.
Tell us which fruits you want and the quantity you need. We'll send samples so you can taste it first, then work out the rest with you.
FAQ
Because we don't use sulphur dioxide, the chemical that keeps most dried fruit bright orange. Without it, fruit dries to its natural, darker colour. Darker is the honest version, not lower quality.
None at all. We use ripe fruit that's already sweet and simply sun-dry it. If a piece tastes sweet, that sweetness came from the fruit.
It's a chemical used to keep dried fruit bright and to make it last longer. It's allowed and very common. We just don't think good dried fruit needs it. Some people, including many with asthma, prefer to avoid it too. We'd rather make fruit that doesn't need a chemical to look fresh.
Kept sealed in a cool, dry place, it stays good for several months. The best-before date is printed on every bag, along with the date we packed it, so you never have to guess.

Yes. We pack fresh and ship across India.
Because we'd rather make three fruits well than ten badly. Small batches let us keep everything fresh and honest. More is on the way.
Pick up any other pack of dried fruit and read the back. Then read ours. That difference is the whole reason we started.
